Spring Cohesion
Cellular Rearranging is now Ecological Us, and will soon host the Ecological Us podcast ⋆.˚🦋༘⋆
Spring has officially arrived in the UK and the need to move into greater cohesion in my work has arisen along with the budding trees and first flowers.
My writing (shared here) and the Generative Worlding podcast have unexpectedly wended their way into the same place. At their cores, both are now exploring the rich and expansive question, ‘How are we moving through this complex, relational, multigenerational, multicultural world as ecological creatures?’ One through writing, one through circle recordings.
It is with joy and excitement that Cellular Rearranging has now evolved into Ecological Us, where I’ll continue to share long-form, deep-dive written articles about all things ecological; and the recordings of small groups exploring their ecological nature (currently shared as the Generative Worlding podcast) will be integrated into this Ecological Us substack, becoming the Ecological Us Podcast.
The name ’Ecological Us’ reflects our ongoing nature as ecological creatures, wonderfully and inseparably intertwined into a multigenerational, multispecies, multicultural world: weaved into each other through interbeing, place, neighbourhood, ecosystems, social systems, cultural stories, worldviews and cosmologies, histories, possible futures, the more-than-human, and this planet.
The name ’Ecological Us’ also holds the shift from a human centric perspective to a kin perspective, where we recognise how we and the more-than-human are co-creating this world together.
Your Next Steps As A Subscriber
Thank you so, so much for your generous support, especially those of you that supported me through a paid subscription. It meant so much to me every time I got a notification that I had a new paying subscriber.⋆.˚🦋༘⋆
And, moving forwards, it feels right to remove all payment barriers, so opening the writing and circle recordings shared in Ecological Us to anyone that would benefit.
My intention was to cancel recurring payments on paid subscriptions at my end and keep up with my commitments to paid subscribers until those payments were completed. Unfortunately, Substack doesn’t give me the option to cancel recurring payments.
However, it does give you the option to do that.
Therefore, if you are a paid subscriber, please follow these instructions and cancel your subscription. Once you have done that, you’ll continue to receive deep-dive long-form articles until your original renewal date. You can then continue as a free subscriber and receive the long-form articles along with the circle recordings. 🦋
If you are currently a free subscriber, there’s nothing for you to do!
Summary Of Spring Changes
All paid subscriptions will now be turned off and paid subscribers are asked to cancel their recurring payment. (They will continue to receive their benefits until the original recurring payment date).
Cellular Rearranging is now Ecological Us 🌀.
And Ecological Us is integrating what was Cellular Rearranging, and is now the Ecological Us podcast.
Speaking of the Ecological Us podcast… at the start of April, I’ll be sharing a really lovely circle recording with Jes of wild:health, Joe of
, and Evva of Becoming Crew. This will be the first circle recording under the new name, so stay tuned and that will soon be landing into your inbox.Wishing us all a ripe spring,
Anna-Marie x
